Material Screening
High-quality steel conforming to national standards is selected and subjected to rigorous physical property testing.
Welding and Non-Destructive Testing
For the core steel structure, we implement standard welding procedures, with load-bearing welds undergoing 100% DNT non-destructive testing.
Rust Removal and Anti-Corrosion
To withstand diverse climatic conditions, we employ a multi-pass sandblasting process for rust removal, followed by application of high-performance anti-corrosion primer and UV-resistant topcoat.
High-frequency testing
